Don’t mind me, I’m just another human with an opinion. Since opinions are like assholes (everyone has one, and they all stink) [1] I quite understand if you wish to disagree with what I have to say. I just hope that you live in a society that allows you to express that disagreement…
I have a penchant for pendantry and a phondness of phlyarology. More can be gleaned from perusing this blog, should you wish to. It probably reveals more about me than I care to divulge, but c’est la vie. [2]
[1] I know it’s hackneyed, but I like it.

Hello and thank you for visiting Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary, We all sure do have an opinion and I salute anyone who puts their own personal views forward, We are all of individuals whose voices count.. If we just went along with the Mass’s we would be nothing but bleating sheep.. and Im sure Im doing our fourlegged friends and injustice here also, as at times Im sure even our fourlegged friends have more courage than some who agree with the most popular just so they can be in the in-crowds…
I enjoyed my little visit and look around at your topics and Keep being bringing your own bright ideas forward… And promoting subjects that need our attention in the environment… For we are the ones who are here to change our world…

I’m meeting with my web designer Friday. Just another question to put on my list. Going from wordpress.com to a hosted site has some challenges.
LikeLiked by 1 person
I’m intrigued a) why you feel the need to move from WordPress and b) why your site says at the foot ‘Holy Shitters is proudly powered by WordPress.org’ if you’ve, um, moved from WordPress. Questions, questions, never enough answers…
LikeLiked by 1 person
There is a difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org My web designer said that for my needs I would be better off going with an outside hosting service that interfaces with wordpress. I’ll learn more about this on Friday. Right now it’s all kind of confusing to me. I’m still with wordpress. My dashboard looks the same as before. I’m just paying to have my site hosted by an outside service. It apparently gives me more options and design choices. My learning curve with this stuff is pretty steep and keeps getting steeper. Or I’m just getting into the Crap deeper.

Hi there- seem to be crossing paths on other blogs- the ‘steady state economy’ has grabbed my interest, can you suggest some primer reading? And would you be up for a UK based collaboration into future UK options? My interest is as much what the plebs do [I use the word in the context of the decline of Rome- bread and circuses]. oh and I hope you are well- weather related issues with me- 1000s of blue berries delivered and I cant get down the snow laden track to the smallholding [north facing] I want the spring!

On crossing paths: GMTA? (GMTA: great minds think alike. BFSD: but fools seldom differ). I’m ever conscious of confirmation bias, but a side trip to sample the looney bin echo chamber that is ‘WUWT‘ usually cures me.
On the steady state economy — I can thoroughly recommend Tim Jackson’s ‘Prosperity without Growth: Economics for a Finite Planet‘. I wrote Mr Cameron an ‘open letter’ about it a while back. He didn’t respond ;)
Also worth a read is the aptly-titled ‘Enough Is Enough: Building a Sustainable Economy in a World of Finite Resources ‘ by Rob Dietz and Dan O’Neill. I’ve actually been daydreaming about trying to crowdsource (perhaps through indiegogo or Kickstarter) enough funds to buy every UK member of parliament their very own copy of this book; the publishers might be interested too, as a bunch of people waving banners crying “Enough is Enough!” outside Parliament on the day the books are delivered wouldn’t hurt their sales one jot…
On weather: the late spring in the UK comes as no surprise at all to me, given that humanity has succeeded in breaking the Arctic icecap.
On health: I’ve been better. Thanks for asking! :)

I wanted to say thanks for it too (I finally got around to watching it). I didn’t find it particularly depressing but perhaps that’s because I have a rather low opinion of people and where we’re headed (it’s hard to think what could lower my opinion much more at this point). It seems like a nice idea, if it were fleshed out a bit and implemented – but I very much doubt it is the future that we will come to…

I think the excuse is probably that it’s to keep us on our toes. I fixed “the follow” to “to follow” for you. Oh, and I also added the word ‘is’ after “Liebster Award” for you. Having done all that, next time I’m ego-surfing down this page I may delete these two comments, seeing as they’re now both redundant. Then again, I may not… (oh, the excitement, I’m not sure I can bear it).

Not a problem, Paul. The wonders of modern technology, eh? I’ll drop you a quick email, but admit to being a little puzzled: if I go to the WordPress ‘Comments’ section, I can see your email address under your name, beside your comments. I hate to assume that you should be able to do the same for me at your end, because although I know you too are using WordPress.com, perhaps your setup is different from mine. (WYSINWOG — an acronym I believe I coined many moons ago, but one about which I’ve no doubt many others will believe the same!)

Speaking of what I have got myself occupied in, I have stayed up till very late in the last few days to complete some new graphics and eye-catching animations plus more pertinent information for my special Easter post entitled “Easter in Modern Multimedia Perspective“, which you can easily find at the Home Page of my blog, as it is currently the Featured Post. You can also access the post directly at https://soundeagle.wordpress.com/2015/04/11/easter-in-modern-multimedia-perspective/
