      • Hmmm. Well, I will see if I can locate the video someone shared with me and if I can find a way to send it to you, I will.

      • Here’s the link if it will come through (as you may recall, I’m not tech savvy): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqhJmsZC_a4
And if it doesn’t, visit YouTube John Paul Watson coronavirus. Quite an interesting Brit I’d say. BTW, I’m not a globalist. I’m a human being who believes more in common respect for each other. I do like borders, language, culture; it makes life much more interesting.

That link worked fine. Strange bloke; I agree with a lot of what he says, but I can’t really say that I agree with how he says it. He comes across as very confrontational.

Borders? Yes, I take your point that differences makes life interesting, but: who decides where the borders are? That’s the thing with which I have a serious problem.

I’m not a ‘globalist’ either. (Not really sure what one of those is). I like to think of myself as a ‘humanist’. We’re all alike, and it’s about time we all started acknowledging that.

PS check this out. Maybe we should just erect barriers everywhere? (I don’t think so).

          • I don’t think “barriers” are necessarily the answer but eliminating travel sounds like a great idea — at least until this is contained. If all countries and its citizens were more prudent at the onset, it probably wouldn’t be as pervasive as it is right now, and growing… To me, it all comes back to common sense which has been sorely lacking across the planet.
