~I Talk to the trees: that’s why they put me away~

Back in 1988 (I think it was) I had a conker.
I planted it, and it grew.
I put it in a pot.
That didn’t kill it.
I read about bonsai:
So every two years – in February – I re-pot it.
I keep waiting for it to flower, but it doesn’t.
Perhaps I’m doing something wrong?
Once in a while, I forget to water it.
Rather surprisingly, it’s still alive 🙂
